Symptoms
Damage on floral organs and flower abortion. Poor fruit set leads to fruit malformation or bumpiness. Severe deficiency ultimately produces smaller, softer fruit and a lower yield.
Causes
Boron deficiency
B undersupply commonly results from restricted availibility due to high pH or B leaching from sandy soils.
Symptoms
Interveinal chlorosis starting from leaf margins. Bronzing, especially of leaf veins, may occur on the extreme edges.

Symptoms
Interveinal chlorosis starting from leaf margins. Bronzing, especially of leaf veins, may occur on the extreme edges of medium aged leaves. Youngest leaves may show dark, necrotic tips or margins on otherwise dark green tissue.
